4)a) There is no record of monthly fire and evacuation drills in July, August, September, October, or November 2023 4)b) Only one lockdown drill was documented in 2023, it was in May. There were no other emergency drills documented for earthquake, lockdown, or shelter in place. They are required every three months. 4)d) Licensee reports having completed safety drills but has not recorded the date, time, number of children, length of drill, or notes on how the drill went and how it may be improved on the department form for that purpose.
